IBC Orbán Kft was founded in 1994. Started with the that time market leader and renowned German office furniture manufacturer, VOKO’s product range. Later, with a strategy based on assessing the domestic market demands, foreign experience, mapping the international suppliers’ range, we progressively switched from VOKO to another high quality German supplier: WERNDL.
In 1996 our company earned to be exclusive dealership for well known and renowned design company: VITRA. With that move, design classic products could be available in Hungary, created by world famous designers, like Charles & Ray Eames, George Nelson, Verner Panton, Antonio Citterio…
In 1998 WERNDL was acquired by the world nr.1. in office furniture industry: STEELCASE. Consequently the offered solutions got even more wider. Keeping the clear forms, transparent functional spaces, strict high-level technical quality, obtained a strong background of a global company with a huge R&D activity. In order to serving the Clients better, STEELCASE determined strict requirements towards its dealers. IBC Orbán Kft successfully fulfilled the expectations of STEELCASE accreditation process.
STEELCASE and VITRA – with the range of these two excellent developers, we can perfectly meet the requirements of business interiors with modern, well-designed, but still rational and functional appearance, even emphasizing classic values.
According to our philosophy, the most important element in a furnishing project is the deep survey of the Customer’s needs. Particular product knowledge, long practice in office solutions, assessing positive and negative experiences, following the latest technology and trends – these are all crucial factors; and last but not least: empathy!
